A comienzos de este año 2019, nos visto el Director de Adquisiciones de APW Colombia, para formularnos una negociación con el arriendo de la antena, y lo beneficioso que sería para nosotros recibir el dinero de estos arriendos en una sola transacción, para beneficio del Edificio Portal del Prado, después de estudiar los pros y contras con los copropietarios del edificio, decidimos, si serian muchos los beneficios; por lo que se hizo la negociación.

Capitalizarnos y pagar la seguridad social de los empleados del edificio; en ese sentido de responsabilidad legal, y humanidad para quienes han trabajado muchos años al servicio del edificio.

Gracias a esta negociación estamos seguros que muy pronto lograremos cubrir todas estas erogaciones legales; y por brindarnos la posibilidad de salir de esta responsabilidad y obligación legal.

Recibimos información sobre APW Colombia y nos pareció muy interesante el mecanismo que utilizan para entregar liquidez a los edificios y propiedades horizontales. En muchas ocasiones no tenemos los recursos para ejecutar algunos proyectos y esta fue la oportunidad para conseguir los recursos que necesitábamos para hacer el lavado y pintura de la fachada en el edificio. Los propietarios quedaron satisfechos porque se logró un acuerdo muy ajustado a nuestras necesidades, casi que a la medida. El trato fue muy profesional, el proceso muy ágil y cumplieron todo lo acordado al pie de la letra. Hoy conservamos una parte de nuestro ingreso por la antena y negociamos una porción que evito el cobro de cuotas extraordinarias en el edificio y con el mantenimiento logramos valorizar cada una de las unidades de la copropiedad.

Somos una propiedad horizontal, hace un par de meses se acercó a nosotros el Director de Adquisiciones de APW Colombia y nos interesó el tema. Nos habían realizado otra oferta, pero nos decidimos por APW Colombia por toda la ayuda que se tuvo y la claridad en todos los asuntos de la negociación. Sin duda alguna recomendaríamos a APW Colombia para otros dueños de predios que tengan torres y quieran hacer negocios.

La negociación con APW Colombia inició desde el año 2022, luego de varias reuniones de consejo y asambleas, contando con el acompañamiento de APW, se tomó la decisión de vender. Durante todo este tiempo nos brindaron el apoyo y la atención que requerimos, fuimos atendidos por Johanna Perez de quien recibimos una atención personalizada y un acompañamiento permanente.

El desenlace de la negociación se dio con bastante rapidez tanto desde la parte jurídica como lo relacionado con el pago. Fue un gusto trabajar con ellos.
